產品特點（Product Characteristics）

本機適用于單股細紗、人造絲、絲光棉紗、絹絲、真絲、花式紗及羊絨等物的漂白、精練、染色、水洗及后處理。

It is suitable for later dealing single fine yarns, man-made silk, silky cotton silk, silk fabrics, pure silk flower yarn, and fine wool. It is also suitable for their being bleached, refined, dyed and washed in water.

本機采用了特殊設計的低能耗、大流量的專用泵浦，提高了泵的抗汽蝕能力，解決了傳統類型機在高溫時噴水量偏低影響染色質量的問題。

The special machine is designed to be low energy-losing and large quantity flowing. It improve ability of resisting erosion and solve some problems that other machine under high temperature effect dye quality because of low amount of water.

最新型堰流式噴射管經久耐用，染色管與翻紗移位管成為一體，被染物絕對沒有纏繞或打結現象，染色后倒筒容易，損失率低。

It is there in one that concludes newest mode weir floating adjudge, dyeing pipe and moving yarns pipe. And the dyed mustn’t be knotted absolutely. It could be poured easily after it was dyed, and it has low losing-rate.

特殊設計水量調節器可視染紗量及紗支數、種類不同，任意調節水量大小。

The water adjudge with special design can adjust water to high or low wantonly. According to the quantity of dyeing yarns, the number of single yarn and its sorts.

該機經過結構優化，浴比減小至（1：10~15）、節約用水、降低成本。

It has low liquor ratio:1:10~15, which it makes it save materials and reduce the cost by way of improving its structure.
